This is my favorite photo of me and Jake. We took it at my parents' fiftieth anniversary celebration in Las Vegas -- about six years ago, I think.

Yup, Jake is definitely a cutie.
And his pop? The contemplative expression…the goatee… I mean, like, cool, Daddy-O. All that’s missing are the bongo drums and beret.
Yeesh, now where did that come from? Sorry. Chalk it up to first-day-of-the-new-diet insanity (as opposed to my standard everyday sort of insanity). ;-)
