You had me worried with your blog yesterday. I logged in when it was just a few lines of programming code. Then I could see your blog, but couldn't post.
Doug, I'm reading Steinbeck's Cannery Row right now, and a line he uses to describe the character Doc caught my attention, and even though I was thoroughly engrossed at that point (page 26), it jarred me out of my reverie and immediately reminded me of you: "He was concupiscent as a rabbit and gentle as hell."
Maureen: you were worried? I was busy having a cow. ("Nooooo! Not again!")
I'll have to try the SRH one. I suspect it will be as successful as all my other lame reasons. I find that begging prettily is the most effective technique.
